How it is taken

The ideal dosage of Ayurslim is 2 tabs twice a day after the first and the last meal of the day for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months.

Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Ayurslim, then you may take it as soon as you remember and adjust the remaining doses accordingly. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose then you may skip this dose and continue with the regular dosage. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

Storage

Store it at room temperature (between between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) in an air tight container protecting it from direct exposure to light, heat and moisture. Keep away from pets and children.

Ayurslim is generally not recommended for use by pregnant women but it can be taken safely after lochia - the normal uterine discharge of blood, tissue, and mucus from the vagina after childbirth stops.

You should maintain caution while using Ayurslim if you have jaundice or kidney disorders.

Take under medical supervision if you are suffering from diabetes, heart problems and high Blood pressure.
